Gemini Wedding was founded by Apolline shortly after she got married and turned 30.

 

Her passion for crafting memorable weddings stems from the joy her own wedding brought her, and she is eager to be part of many love stories.

She is easy-going, proactive, and always on the move—she says that she is not sure she even knows what "rest" means! She is attentive to others and dedicated to helping people find happiness in every situations.

 

She studied hospitality management and later earned a degree in events and communications, which included an internship at a catering company. Once she entered the event and wedding industry, she knew she wanted to devote herself to making the big day special. After three years in the catering industry, she was hired as the sales manager at the event venue La Bastide du Roy. Since 2018, she has managed around thirty weddings primarily for couples seeking destination weddings in the South of France.

In 2024, after organizing every detail of her own wedding, she was struck with the desire to immerse herself in weddings—to eat, sleep, and live weddings again and again.

Fun fact : her favorite moment during a wedding is when she says “go” to the bride, signaling her to walk down the aisle at the ceremony.
